Description of the research topic:
The development of the processes of the production and service sector has reached a new level by using the opportunities provided by digitalization. Within the framework of the doctoral research, the current state of process development practice must be explored in relation to a well-defined area, and then the shortcomings have to be determined. After that, simulation test models and process development methods must be developed, which can be used to verifiably increase the efficiency of the examined area.
