Description of the research topic:
To create a complex technology for the improved cryopreservation of human, horse, porcine and bovine spermatozoa. The core of the new technologi is a preconditioning treatment of the reproductive cells before cryopreservation. The technology incorporates the preparation and handling of semen, the preconditioning treatent, the cryopreservation, thawing and insemination.
