Description of the research topic:

The researchable topics include the analysis of fundamental human rights relevant firstly, in labour law, and secondly, in the world of social rights. From a methodological point of view, the research can also cover a theoretical and practical approach, the latter being understood as the relevant case law of the European Court of Human Rights and additional international labour law aspects. The planned research can be based both on the labour law specifics of the governing workers’ rights and on the fundamental restrictions and constraints which make the assessment of human rights special in the legal relationship between the employer and the workers, which has an economic character and a subordinate structure. It is also possible to examine such human rights which do not have necessarily labour or social roots or may not be linked to these areas of law either historically or in terms of content but their significance is decisive in the employment relationship (for example freedom of expression). At the same time, scientific work can focus on human rights more closely related to the employment relationship, concerning both the core of the legal relationship and the social aspects of labour law (for example the right to social security or the right to work).
