Description of the research topic:
The introduction of vaccination is one of the most important public health achievements. Vaccines are essential tool in the prevention of infectious diseases. Vaccination of adults and the elderly patients are not scheduled, while regarding the childhood compulsory vaccination the vaccination hesitancy emerged as a problem. With the help of drug utilisation tools we can access the vaccination rate of recommended vaccines, can identify determinants of uptake/refusal. All these data can help to set up successful vaccination programs or educational campaigns.
