Description of the research topic:
The globalization and the technological developments ( Industry 4.0, digitalisation, big data) as well as externalities (COVID) have also induced significant changes in the management of organizations. New organizational solutions (clusters, virtual companies and teams, networks, etc.) jobs (project manager, coach, trainer, mentor, etc.) and new organizational methods (virtual organization, teleworking and home office etc.) and management techniques (talent management, time management, employee branding, online organisational communication, etc.) have emerged, leading to the creation of new jobs and the professionalisation of certain fields. Research on all this is timely both qualitatively and quantitatively too.
