This research topic will provide a thematic format to investigate the role fo learning cities and communities in the development of adult learning and education through participation, inclusion and collaborative actions. By scrutinizing Learning City models, we can investigate how communities using learning for advanced community development and effective work. Through such actions we can also identify particular chances and limitations at the same time!
