Description of the research topic:

Preparation and coating of pellets, drug-layer system for making multiparticulate pellets. Examination of multilayer systems, study of parameters affecting the effectiveness of the coating. Determining the role of factors by means of factorial design, and determination of optimal production conditions. Study the surface properties and the flow properties of the uncoated and coated particles. Dissolution test for single and multi-layer coatings.
