Description of the research topic:
The topic gives the possibility to research on the teacher, the helper and supporter adults’ personalities, activities and thinking, their beliefs, the process of evolving into educators and parents, and their continuous development. The applicant should be able to read English or German literature, and has basic skills in statistics or is able to use some kind of statistical software, or is willing to acquire these in order to perform quantitative and qualitative researches.
