Financialization of everyday life is a hot topic of
socioeconomy. Although, people are using more and more financial products it seems to be clear
that financial knowledge lags behind product use. From risk perspective, it is important to see the
understanding of customers. It is also regulated by the new Mifid 2. From sales perspective, it is
also important to see the motivations behind financial decisions.
