Description of the research topic:

The research topic gives scope for the candidate to investigate how does
the concept of Service Dominant Logic (SDL) emergence in creation of the
specific service examined. It can be highlighted by research how creates
value by a mutual activity of a consumer and a service provider. The
phenomenon of the consumer participation and the analysis of the
influential factors in the consumer’ activity requires subsequent
approach from the researcher. Interesting and important issue, how the
co-creation value can increase the service experience which bases on the
consumer holistic approach. The results of research contribute for
improving the organizational processes, and ultimately for development
of competitiveness of the service providers.
