Description of the research topic:
This project aims at improving decision making of senior management teams by highlighting production system causalities. The “Lens Model” is used to combine behavioral analysis (Social Judgment Theory - SJT) with quantitative analysis (Discrete Event Simulation - DES) to reveal the production system’s causal ambiguities.
