Description of the research topic:
The basis and the aim of this study is the ingestion of added Zn, Se, and Zn+Se into the fattening lamb meat via nutrition, which levels exceed the physiology demand of lambs, but could give admissible and exploitable extra microelement supply for human.
The study will be completed by fattening, slaughtering, carcass and meat classification, meat laboratory, as well as tissue digestive examinations.
