Description of the research topic:
The study aim/research question and the availability of secondary databases largely determines the use of descriptive and analytic epidemiological methods. One should always consider the advantage and disadvantage of secondary datasources, and if study question require, plan and conduct a research based on primary datasources including questionaires or specific registration sheets for data extraction. The general aim is to evaulate the quality of drug use for its’ improvement.
