Description of the research topic:

This doctoral subject contains several areas of the digital image processing. The most important ones are
• Medical Image Processing. Especially analysis of medical images taken by PET, MRI, CT and microscope.
• Multi-modal hunan-computer interaction. It focuses on recognition facial and body gestures, and their roles is HCI.
• Theoretical background of the digital image processing, especially digital geometry and mathematical morphology.
