A Debreceni Egyetem II. Belklinika Haemopoetikus Őssejt Transzplantációs Részlegének vezetője volt 2012.-ig. Ezt követően a Debreceni Egyetem Klinikai Központ (DE KK) Belgyógyászati Intézet Transzplantációs Részlegének koordinátoraként dolgozik. Az Európai Őssejt Transzplantációs Szervezetben (EBMT) őssejt gyűjtésre (harvesting) és autolog haemopoetikus transzplantációra (APSCT) rendelkeznek akkreditációval. 2015-ben az ún. JACIE akkreditációt is elnyerték Sejtterápia Központjukkal együtt. 2019 (to be translated)
