I am the chairman of the editorial board of the Hungarian Journal of African Studies. I am also editor of the Hungarian Foreign Affairs Review, Modern Geography and BiztPol Affairs. I am secretary of the Africa Sub-Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Also have membership in ASA, MPTT and the Kenya-based IDEA. I am the Hungarian member of COST Action CA 15221: We ReLaTe. I direct the Africa Research Centre at the University of Pécs.
