A témavezetésem alatt kutató Dr. Jacsó Olga PhD hallgató dirofilariosissal kapcsolatos, 2006-ban kezdett állami ösztöndíjas tanulmányait a németországi Bayer gyógyszergyárral kötött együttműködési szerződés nyújtotta anyagi támogatás segítette. A 2009-ben befejezett PhD tanulmányai során további támogatók segítették a kutató munkát (Pfizer, NKB pályázat). 2014-ben megkapta a PhD fokozatot. 2016. februárban nyugdíjba mentem.
