I worked in the Institute of Food Research, Reading, Norwich (UK) from 1990 to 2016. During this period I held more than 150 workshops. I am a scientific advisor at Univ. of Debrecen & visiting professor at the Imperial College, London, UK. In 2014 I received the Distinguished Service Award from the American Soc. of Microbiology. I'm member of the editorial board of the Int. J. of Food Microbiol., Appl. Env. Microb. J. I was research supervisor at various foreign universities
