Én vezettem be a bioetika tárgy oktatását a Semmelweis Egyetemen. Kialakítottam a tárgy tematikját, megírtam a most is hivatalos tankönyvet, melyet több orvostudományi egyetemen és más felsőoktatási intézményben is használnak. Részt vettem az 1997. CLIV. törvény (egészségügyi törvény), s öt más Eü. Min. rendelet illetve kormányrendelet megalkotásában, szövegszerű megfogalmazásában. A betegjogoknak a törvény által is elfogadott koncepcióját én dolgoztam ki. (to be translated)
