The main purpose of the topic would be promote those investigations and the clinical utilization of the results from this that could replace the traditional, often stressful and occasionally invasive procedures for the patients. The spread of non-invasive examination methods not only reduce the frequency of unpleasant intervention, but allows to determine more accurate prognosis by creating more/new subgroups of diseases and assessing organ abnormalities more correctly. We would place great emphasis on the use of questionnaries made by the patients (patient‐reported outcome measures – PROMs) and investigator staff in addition to apply the serum / other laboratory biomarkers and capillary microscopy. The obtained results would be used in both cross-sectional and prospective studies especially using the patient register that has been launched by our clinic recently.
