Description of the research topic:

Business and commercial law involves not only a constant acceleration of transactions but also a significant innovation with technological progress, and the emergence of cryptoassets may force the emergence of a new form of money - central bank digital currency - in the near future. In addition to environmental change, the climate crisis is also drawing attention to a number of other societal problems, and ESG, the umbrella term for this activity, has already become part of legislation. Artificial intelligence and the growing economic power of the financial sector will further challenge the development of legal standards and the jurisprudence supporting business law - protecting consumers and society as a whole.
