Description of the research topic:

• The research topic explores how large language models, such as GPT, can be integrated into business processes to increase efficiency. The aim of the research is to identify and analyse potential areas of application where these models can improve decision-making, customer service and document management processes. The project will pay particular attention to the technological, ethical and security challenges associated with the introduction of language models, as well as the potential impact on the workforce. The results will be validated through case studies based on empirical data, demonstrating the benefits and limitations of implementing the models in practice. Finally, the research will also seek to provide guidelines and recommendations for the ethical and effective integration of large language models into corporate practice.
