Description of the research topic:
This project aims to improve the decision-making of senior management teams by highlighting production system causalities. Among others, the “Lens Model” was used to combine behavioral
analysis (Social Judgment Theory - SJT) with quantitative analysis (Discrete Event Simulation - DES) to reveal the production system’s causal ambiguities.
