Research fields and possible research directions:

Measures and indicators of financial literacy;

Thematic literature review of the international literature;

Potential determinants of financial literacy and well-being;

Econometric analysis of its state and development in economies, from developing to advanced countries;
-
The role of nationality, family education, gender, availability of financial services, etc. in predicting financial literacy, compared to other individual predictors;
-
Social and economic outcomes linked to financial literacy, such as better saving greater financial resilience and financial wealth;
-
Policy recommendations to improve financial literacy, including the closure (mitigation) of the gender gap.
Expected methods of research: econometric methods for the analysis of PISA, OECD, WEF, etc. data.
