Description of the research topic:

The differentiation processes of rural spaces affect several spheres of rural regions. The changing activity of production of social space and the crisis of rural areas are framed by the theory of rural restructuring. One of the main drivers of restructuring processes is the mobility of rural dwellers. Mobility itself raises research challenges: what kind of mobility routes and trajectories been created in the rural? How and in which means does rural population change? In what sense does changing mobility offer a development alternative to rural areas?
