Description of the research topic:

The tea drinks are consumed widely on daily basis as type of staple food or daily food by the world’s population. This is the largest consumption of any drink in the world after soft and hard drinks.
There have been several effects of continuous tea consumption has observed on human health, among which some are positive, and some are negative. Recently there has been significant studies has shown that the aluminium in various tea samples have several effects on human brain. This study will help us to analyse, to check and to evaluate the aluminium contents in different variations of tea samples and tea infusions (traditional and fruit teas also) collected from different origins. Moreover the study will evaluate how the tea consumption affects humans in terms of its recommended consumption and over consumption than RDI (Recommended Daily Intake). We will check the sample preparation and the analytical methods also for analysis of aluminium content in tea samples.
