Description of the research topic:

The increasing expectations for innovation and competitiveness can pose a significant
challenge to employees within companies, exerting considerable mental pressure on them.
The importance of this issue is unquestionable, as in modern workplaces, employees are
increasingly expected to meet growing demands while often having limited resources and
time. Innovation pressure, continuous adaptation to changes, renewal, etc., also affect mental
well-being and workplace satisfaction. Many employees may face stress, burnout, or other
mental health issues.
The examination of this area is crucial for workplace efficiency, balance, and employee well-
being. A new approach is needed to sustain employee effectiveness and productivity
alongside competitive and successful business strategies.
