Description of the research topic:
Key to a successful development is the forecasting of the expected impacts and the expected effect. Due to the fact, that transport networks are large networks with a huge number of involved actors and almost everybody are involved in the use of that systems, the proper evaluation of the measures are essential. The aim of this research is to build up holistic evaluation system, where not only operator-, decisionmaker-level are involved, but all relevant part of the society.
