Description of the research topic:

Within the broader topic of Hungarian-German cultural relations, I am prepared to supervise papers dealing with 19th-century phenomena. I would highlight the period at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, the phenomena of the hybrid cultural space of the Habsburg Empire and the processes of national separation. A more detailed programme will be determined after consultation with the candidates.
