Description of the research topic:
Effects of industrial policy and institutional changes on firms and workers. The aim of this research is to analyze the effects of various changes in the firm's activity and business environment on the behavior of firms and workers, with up-to-date microeconometric methods on excellent linked employer-employee panel data. Such changes are, for example, direct firm subsidies, changes in ownership, changes in the management, buyer-supplier trade linkages. The outcomes studied are firm productivity, growth, employment, the composition of employees, and the wages of various employment categories.
