Description of the research topic:
Localization of sensor nodes is one of the most important topics and challenges in wireless sensor networks. Although the literature proposes several methods for the problem (e.g., received signal strength indication, angle of arrival, time of arrival, or approximate point in triangle (APIT), centroid localization), the precision of the localization needs to be improved. The purpose of the topic is to find alternative methods for the localization problem or to find and enhance the low performing points of existing methods.
