Description of the research topic:
The growth of business services has been the driving force of the Hungarian economy in the last decade, and this sector has also shown the fastest development within the whole service sector. The research topic covers the widest possible micro- and macro-level examination of business services, including sector delimitation issues, examination of the sector's role and impact on the economy, the service strategies, global service location selection, methodology for selecting and evaluating service delivery models, service development models, the dilemmas of the added value in services delivery, labor issues and, in particular, the rise and impact of digitalization and automation in the sector. The research topic mainly includes strategic management, service management, process management, information resource management approaches.
