Description of the research topic:
The aim of the research is to develop novel asymmetric catalytic systems, which make possible the preparation of chiral intermediates used in the pharmaceutical industry of promising candidate for such purposes using environmentally benign, sustainable and economic methods. During these studies, special emphasis will be given to the application of heterogeneous catalysts, natural chirality sources and alternative energy-transmitting procedures. These studies will focus on reaction promoted by metals and/or organocatalysts, for example on transfer hydrogenations of Michael-additions.
