Description of the research topic:
Among solid tumours, the significance of breast cancer cannot be questioned. Several prognostic factors have been introduced in the last years. Among these prognostic schemes, the evaluation of prognostic impact of Nottingham Prognostic Index, PREDICT and PrognosTILs systems in patients with triple negative breast cancer, the comparison of different tumour regression grades (NSABP-B18, Chevallier, Sataloff, Miller-Payne, Denkert-Sinn, Residual Cancer Burden, TR/NR and Residual disease in breast and nodes) and the validation of prognostic stages proposed by American Joint Committee on Cancer in breast cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant therapy are planned. The uni- and multicentre studies are based on cohorts with follow up data.
