Description of the research topic:

The research on AI personalized services explores one of the most dynamically evolving areas of modern technology, offering customized experiences based on individual user needs and preferences. AI-based personalization enables a customer-centric approach across various industries, in conclusion increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of AI personalized services, their user acceptance, and the ethical issues related to them.

The research employs an interdisciplinary approach that combines psychology, cognitive science, computer science, and economics. This ensures the wide applicability and relevance of the research topic in corporate practice. The impact of AI personalized services on human cognition and the evolution of digital business environments receives special attention.

The research work explores the benefits that AI personalized services can offer in business and corporate environments, such as improving the efficiency of decision-making processes or enhancing the effectiveness of personalized workplace training.
