Description of the research topic:
Diversification of employment relationships is the key to flexible employment. Innovative forms of employment include anything that deviates from the traditional employment relationship, such as, but not limited to, atypical work of one or more types, platform work, (virtual) posting abroad or outsourcing. Research that specifically examines international and domestic forms of employment that break the previously known boundaries of labour law and employment, their impact on human resource management and individual and organisational performance, can contribute to a better understanding of sustainable forms of organisational employment.
