Description of the research topic:
The aim of the intervention and research is to increase the therapeutic opportunities for young adults with disabilities who receive daytime care, by developing a dance therapy movement program. This program not only addresses mental well-being but also results in active intervention in the physical realm through experiential therapy. The goal of the intervention and research is to develop an assessment tool and establish a dance therapy movement program. This program will be tested and designed to improve the quality of life for young adults with disabilities living in daytime care facilities, focusing on enhancing various abilities and skills.
