Description of the research topic:
Project success is a complex phenomenon which contains both critical success factors and success criteria. The latter help evaluating the scale of project success, while the first play an important role in achieving project success. Researchers identified numerous critical success factors and success criteria, but on one hand there is a need for constant revision due to the constant change of the environment, on the other hand the interrelationships among them are usually neglected. Thus, the focus of the research topic is identifying critical sucusses factors and success criteria, and the interrelationships among them.
Further requirements: Students should have a systematic approach towards problems, they should see and identify interrelationships among the different factors. They should also have an insight into project management profession.
