Description of the research topic:
Etiopathogenesis of surgical pathologies shows a wide variety. The present canon is based on submicroscopic and nano size approach. Mechanical, even macroscopic trauma, iatrogenic included – acute and chronic injury as well - are somehow in the shadow in spite in the relative simplicity of the investigations. Experimental and clinical studies of lung, chest, liver, pancreas and bowl injuries are undertaken within this project.
