Artificial intelligence improves human decision-making processes and productivity of different industries and businesses by recognizing business patterns, learning procedures, and analysing data. Artificial Intelligence application in supply chain management has been limited so far. In order to improve the effectiveness of the SCM, the potential of artificial intelligence should be taken into account to solve practical problems and reduce human errors. The way in which artificial intelligence is implemented and how businesses can utilize the use of artificial intelligence in supply chain management is a relevant research issue in the field.
