Description of the research topic:
Jacques Derrida from his very first writings paid special attention to modern -- Baudelaire, Mallarmé, Lautreamont, Artaud, Kafka, Joyce, Proust – and contemporary Literature. -- Ponge, Celan, Sollers, Blanchot. Hovewer he resisted the periodisation or the classification of literary works but his deconstructive way of reading and writing gives the opportunity to literary critics to distinguish the modern-postmodern-metamodern strategies of text-writing and interpreting. The international Derrida-Research-Programs focuses on the literary theoretical questions raised by Derrida, they give a historical, systematical and critical investigation of deconstructive turn in narratology and poetics.
