Description of the research topic:
The topic answers questions of basic law through the presentation of phenomena and institutions at the frontiers of constitutional law: it focuses on the examination of new trends in basic laws and the many new challenges to these rights, such as technological developments, to which the law must respond.
The sub-topics are:
1. Second generation rights, in particular the right to education
2. Third generation rights, in particular the right to a healthy environment
