Description of the research topic:
While a few years ago, e-administration meant an IT concept or direction, it can now be regarded as a stage in the development of public administration, and has gained a theoretical basis. There are many similar concepts in the field of e-administration (e-goverment, e-governance, e-administration), which need to be delimited and whose scientific research is important at international level. In addition, if we examine the change in the concept of eGovernment over time, we treated it as a technological development some years ago; nowadays it has become a cultural issue, a customer-centred approach. In order to understand the role and place of e-administration and the interactions between ICT and public administration, we need to observe the changes, trends, goals and achievements both in domestic legislation and internationally.
