Description of the research topic:
My research group is investigatating the evolution of reproductive strategies over the past 20 years. Our research programme is productive, and we discovered several novel patterns in breeding systems. The PhD student will continue this successful research using comparative statistical approaches. We seek students with interest in evolutionary biology, animal behaviour and ecology, and keen to learn new methods. Several leading scientists from abroad and Hungary will be involved in supervising the student's research.
